Terms of Service.

Asklepion builds AI-native health platforms, clinical models and personal health assistants. Its services provide digital tools for health education, personal health organisation, research and AI-assisted information.

Unless expressly identified as being delivered by a licensed professional, our services do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions or professional medical advice. AI-generated content may be wrong or incomplete.

You must be at least [AGE TO CONFIRM BY MARKET], have legal capacity to enter this agreement and be legally permitted to use the relevant service. Supported countries are [SUPPORTED COUNTRIES].

Provide accurate information, keep it current, protect your authentication credentials and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. Do not share an individual account or impersonate another person. If you submit another person’s information, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

You must not use our services unlawfully or to harm another person; rely on them as emergency response or life-support systems; upload information you do not have the right to use; access another user’s account; introduce malware or bypass controls; scrape or bulk-extract content; reverse engineer except where law permits; build a competing model from our output; present AI content as verified medical advice; or infringe others’ rights.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Asklepion a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process, transmit and display it only as needed to provide, secure and improve the relevant service as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

AI systems are probabilistic. Similar prompts may produce different outputs, and output may not be unique. Independently assess output before relying on or sharing it. Medical and other professional decisions must be made with an appropriately qualified professional.

Services may connect with app stores, authentication providers, wearable platforms, payment providers, websites or other third parties. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. Asklepion is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control, subject to responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Before purchase, we will show the price, billing period, included features and trial conditions. Subscriptions renew only where clearly disclosed and permitted by law. Refunds, withdrawal rights and statutory consumer remedies depend on where and how you purchase.

Our services, excluding your content, are owned by Asklepion or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them in accordance with these Terms. Asklepion names, logos and branding may not be used without written permission.

We aim to provide reliable services, but availability is not guaranteed. Features may change as we improve safety, comply with law or develop the product. We may suspend features for maintenance, security or events beyond our reasonable control.

You may stop using a service and close your account using available controls or by contacting support@asklepi.com. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, safety or security risks, non-payment or legal requirements. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Subject to non-excludable rights, services and content are provided “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free output, a particular health outcome or suitability for a specific medical purpose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, wilful misconduct or breach of mandatory data-protection obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION TO CONFIRM], without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence.

Before formal proceedings, contact legal@asklepi.com so we can try to resolve the issue. Consumers retain mandatory local consumer remedies.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to services, law, security or operations. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes where required.

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and feature-specific terms form the agreement concerning the relevant service.
