Asklepion Labs

Clinical models, built for the platform.

The Labs build the AI models delivered through the Asklepion platform — clinical models that read what a doctor reads, from advanced medical imaging to lab interpretation. Each model ships with its validation status stated plainly.

One catalogue.
Growing deliberately.

MT-BT is the first model in the catalogue. More will follow — each delivered through the platform, and each labelled honestly as research, in validation, or ready for partners.

CT-based brain-damage analysis

MR captures soft-tissue brain damage that CT misses — but most emergency settings only have CT. MT-BT trains on paired MR + CT, then infers from CT alone, bringing MR-grade insight to the scan that's already in the room.

TrainingPaired MR + CT supervision — MR teaches the model what to see.
InferenceCT-only — no MR required at the point of care.
OutputA damage-likelihood map with calibrated, reviewable confidence.

Lab AIResearch direction

Lab interpretation

Turning raw panels into longitudinal reasoning — trends, drift, and what's worth a clinician's attention.

WorkflowResearch direction

Clinical workflow automation

Drafting the clinical reasoning and assembling context, so providers spend time on judgement, not retrieval.

ImagingResearch direction

Next imaging models

Extending the MT-BT recipe — high-end diagnostic insight from widely available scans, beyond the brain.

02Research thesis

The best medical signal is often locked in data hospitals already have.

We build models that extract clinical-grade insight from accessible, everyday data — so capability reaches the many, not only the best-equipped few.

That thesis sets the catalogue's direction: imaging systems that bring high-end diagnostic insight to widely available scans, lab interpretation that reasons over time, and workflow automation that respects clinical judgement.

Build with the Labs.

We partner with hospitals, research groups, and clinical teams holding the data and the questions that move medicine forward. If that's you, let's talk.
